Counter-notice (push-back)
If you are a customer whose content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by emailing [email protected] with: your contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. court. We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant; absent a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
