1. Data we collect

• Domain search and order details (for example domain name, chosen theme)
• Payment session id and status sent through Polar
• Phone / message content you share voluntarily for support (WhatsApp)
• Technical logs (IP, browser, error records) — for security and performance

2. Purposes

We process data to provide the service, confirm payment, register the domain and launch the site, give support, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties.

3. Third parties

• Polar.sh — payment
• Domain registrar / DNS — registration and DNS
• Hosting / CDN — publishing, security and bot protection
• WhatsApp — support (subject to Meta policies)

4. Retention

Order and site records are kept for the service period and as required by law. Support messages stay in the communication channel.

5. Security

HTTPS, access control and bot protection are used. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed; access may be limited if activity looks suspicious.

6. Cookies

Limited local storage (for example a session id) may be used for session and preferences. Optional marketing cookies are off by default.

7. Your rights (KVKK)

8. Bots and abuse

Automatic bot protection is on. Spam, scraping abuse or payment fraud can lead to account and order cancellation.
