1. Scope of the service

Webhostric provides a digital service that includes .com.tr domain search, theme selection, payment via Polar, and site setup. The pack may include 1 year of hosting, bot protection and AI-assisted site editing.

2. Account and use

• You may use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Names that infringe brands, banks, payment institutions or third-party rights may be blocked.
• Illegal content, phishing, spam or abuse is forbidden.

3. Payment

Payments are taken through Polar.sh. The fee is the one-off amount for the selected pack, or the amount shown on the site. After a successful payment, domain and site setup complete automatically or with support.

4. Domain and DNS

Domain registration uses a third-party registrar. DNS can take from 30 minutes to several hours. Renewal and transfer after registration follow the registrar’s rules.

5. Hosting and performance

Target response times (~400 ms) are best-effort, not a hard guarantee. Maintenance, load or third-party outages can affect performance.

6. AI edit

AI site editing is offered for supported templates and languages. The site owner is responsible for generated content.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Webhostric is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or data loss. Mandatory legal rights remain.

These terms may be updated. The current text is published on this page.
