These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Webhostric — a hosting and domain platform operated by Cormsor LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. تدافع Cormsor عن مبدأ الإنترنت المستقل والآمن. 01. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Webhostric. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including any identity-verification (KYC) information we request, and to keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity on your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

02. Services Offered

Webhostric provides shared hosting, one-click application installs, domain registration via Namecheap (an ICANN-accredited registrar partner), file management, SSL provisioning, and related infrastructure services. Specific resource limits, supported templates, and feature availability are described on the relevant pages within the panel and may change over time.

03. Domain Registrations

Domain registrations are processed through Namecheap, our ICANN-accredited registrar partner. The wholesale price plus a $1 service fee is debited from your balance. By registering a domain, you agree to Namecheap's registration agreement, the registry agreement applicable to the TLD, and ICANN's Registrant Rights and Responsibilities. Domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted.

You are the legal registrant. Your KYC L1 information (name, country, phone, email) is sent to Namecheap as the WHOIS contact (Registrant + Admin + Tech + AuxBilling). WhoisGuard is enabled by default so this information is masked from public WHOIS while remaining on file with the registrar.

04. Domain Transfer & Portability Rights

You retain the right to transfer your domain to another ICANN-accredited registrar at any time. To request a transfer, click "Transfer out" next to the domain in /domains.php; we will email the EPP/auth code to your account address within five (5) business days, as required by ICANN policy. Most requests are handled within 24 hours.

You may freely change DNS nameservers (NS records) at any time without initiating a transfer. Doing so will route traffic away from Webhostric hosting; your hosting plan continues to be billed until you cancel it separately.

Domains within sixty (60) days of initial registration cannot be transferred to another registrar (ICANN transfer-lock rule). We do not impose any additional, customer-requested locks beyond this window.

If we deny or delay a transfer, we will provide written reasons. Permitted reasons under ICANN policy include unpaid fees, evidence of fraud, or a court order — no other.

05. Payments & Top-ups

Webhostric uses a prepaid balance model. Top-ups (minimum $2 USD) are processed by Polar (our merchant of record for online payments) and may be made via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Hosting plans, domain fees, and add-ons are debited from your balance.

Top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly granted by us in writing. Unused balances do not earn interest. We may, at our discretion, refund balance in cases of service unavailability or billing error.

06. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host, transmit, or distribute content or activities that are unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, or harmful to others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: phishing; malware distribution; spam; unauthorised cryptocurrency mining; hosting child sexual abuse material; copyright or trademark infringement; resource abuse that degrades shared infrastructure; and any use that violates the laws of the United States or your jurisdiction.

New sites are placed in a 24-hour sandbox during which automated systems (PhishTank, URLhaus, Google Safe Browsing, content heuristics) scan for abuse signals. Sites scoring above our threshold are flagged or taken down without prior notice. Reports submitted to [email protected] are reviewed within one business day.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Suspension for abuse does not waive ICANN domain transfer rights described above; you may still request your auth code, but issuance may be delayed up to five business days while we verify the request is not coerced.

07. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, including non-payment, security concerns, suspected fraud, KYC failure, or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your sites, files, and data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

You may cancel your hosting plan at any time from /sites.php. Cancellation stops further billing at the end of the current period; balance already debited is non-refundable per the Payments section. Cancelling hosting does not affect domain ownership — domains remain registered to you until they expire or are transferred away.

08. Identity Verification (KYC)

To register domains, install scripts, or use certain hosting features, we verify your identity using a live photo of your government-issued ID, three face angles, and a short liveness video. This is performed in your browser on the dedicated subdomain verify.webhostric.com and uploaded over an encrypted connection.

Captured images and the liveness video are stored encrypted at rest, used solely for verification, fraud prevention, and ICANN/registry compliance, and are deleted within ninety (90) days of verification — except where a longer retention is required by law (e.g. a regulatory request, an open dispute, or court order).

You may request export of your verification data, or its deletion, by emailing [email protected]. We may continue to retain a minimal cryptographic hash and the verification outcome (approved/rejected) to prevent re-submission abuse.

09. Service Availability & SLA Credit

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the hosting service (excluding domain DNS, which is served from our authoritative PowerDNS cluster on ns1/ns2.webhostric.com, and excluding the registry-level NS resolution layer operated by the registrar/registry). Uptime is measured by our internal monitoring and excludes scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance, third-party outages outside our control, force majeure, and security-driven emergency restarts.

If monthly uptime drops below 99.5%, you may request a pro-rata service credit equal to (downtime hours / hours-in-month) × your hosting fee for that month, capped at 100% of that month's fee. Credits are applied to your prepaid balance; cash refunds are not provided for SLA breaches. Credit requests must be submitted in writing to support within 30 days of the affected month.

Service credits are the exclusive remedy for downtime. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Customer-Installed Software Responsibility

Webhostric provides a curated catalog of open-source applications (Joomla, Drupal, Nextcloud, Matomo, etc.) that we install from frozen, audited bundles. Once installed, the application runs on your hosting plan and is operated by you. You are solely responsible for:

  • The configuration choices you make in the application (admin password, theme, public/private settings).
  • Any plugins, themes, modules, extensions, or third-party code you install on top of the audited bundle. These items are not audited by us; security or legal issues caused by them are your responsibility.
  • Content you create or accept from third parties through the application.
  • Keeping any custom code or scripts you author free of known vulnerabilities.

We provide bundle-level security updates ("re-audit + re-bundle") on a periodic basis but do not guarantee they will be applied without explicit, opt-in upgrade requests from you. Auto-update mechanisms shipped inside the application itself are intentionally disabled to keep installations frozen and auditable.

Your obligations under Acceptable Use apply to all content served through any application installed on your account, regardless of whether it was authored by you or by a third-party plugin.

11. DMCA Notices

We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To submit a copyright-infringement takedown notice, use the form at /dmca.php or email [email protected]. Our designated agent and the required notice elements are listed on that page.

Affected customers will be notified and may file a counter-notice. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be secure, error-free, or that any content stored on it will be preserved.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cormsor LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cormsor LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the panel. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
